On February 17-18, 2016, Maker Ed will be hosting a 2-day, hands-on Maker Portfolio Workshop for educators and practitioners interested in learning more about capturing learning through portfolios. The workshop will take place at the Gordon & Betty Moore Foundation's headquarters in Palo Alto, CA.

The Teacher Technology Showcase provides local educators (pre- and in-service, preschool, K-12, college and alternative settings) with an opportunity to present how they have used or plan to use technology in the classroom to support students and student learning. The Showcase is run like a poster session and allows educators to share unit plans, lessons, or activities that incorporate new media technologies.
